Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport

Dit is de 2e keer dat ik overnacht in crown plaza ? dit keer met mijn gezin in een familie kamer.
Hotel is modern en zeer en zeer schoon wat wel fijn is in deze gekke corona tijden. Schoonmakers lopen continu door het hotel alles te ontsmetten ( medaille voor housekeeping) Kamer was ook super schoon (klasse) Staff is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
Ik las enkele reviews dat de service in het restaurant niet goed was ?? Ik heb dat heel anders ervaren het restaurant is modern met vriendelijke waiters. En voor de genen die zeuren dat een frietje €8 kost.... Tja dan moet je maar overnachten in een lowbudget hotel.

Nogmaals super goed hotel aanrader !
Ik kan maar max 5 sterren aanklikken maar 5 gouden sterren ? + 1 extra ? voor de schoonmakers! 6*

Decent enough hotel, worked well as a stopover on the way through to Calais. Staff were friendly and customer service was excellent. What let's it down is the restaurant. The food is pricey, and the offer for vegetarians is disappointing: the vegetarian meals are not complete meals. One dish is basically a plate of vegetables. And the 'vegan' options are just the Vege options with any non-vegan ingredients removed (thereby rendering the dish even less inspiring). Secondly, half the seating area was cordoned off, which at a time when COVID is raging and people are trying to social distance, seems crazy. We sat down for dinner at what we thought was an isolated table, only to find that 10 minutes later a party of three tables (approx 10-15 people) were seated right next to us. It meant we rushed the end of our meal to get out of the restaurant as soon as possible.

Très bonne ambiance au sein de l'établissement. Personnel serviable et disponible.
Facilité de check-out plus adapté à nos horaires de réunions, vu un statut de membre! Excellent.

Comfortable, silencieux, environnement agréable, facile d'accès de l'aéroport....personnel attentif

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime propere kamers, heerlijk ontbjjt en migelijkheid tot lekker eten in het restaurant.

In summary:
- professional staff on arrival
- dirty towel in bathroom
- restaurant meal choice limited and service not great [either large delays in bringing refreshments or forgetting altogether]
- gym functional
- covid protection measures sound and well adhered to in general
- relaxing ambience

Sehr schönes Business-Hotel in Flughafennähe mit gutem Restaurant.

What a charming place near by the Airport of Brüssels. Great Service by wonderful people.
