Service us 1st class rooms are very well kept. With a bit of Minnesota flying history. Will definitely recommend for a great stay!

1st room was littered with dead and live boxelder bugs and dust clumps everywhere. Was moved to a very clean comfortable room. Bed was comfy and the sheets are high quality.

Good hotel
Great location to access the mall by vehicle or foot
Good breakfast value when you pre purchased with reservation
Only suggestion is to restart the MOA shuttle, using a hybrid model with reservations

Great customer service with attentive to detail and welcoming. Clean and organize per room. Also shuttle service to airport wad great.

Positive: The food was surprisingly good for a hotel kitchen. Negative: The rooms,hallways, and tech seemed outdated. Could use some attention in thise spots. TV and platform it uses is ancient and slow.
