Add ReviewWhat you see online isn't what the reality of this hotel is. The lobby is very nicw but the rooms themselves are bad. The view from the room was terrible, they have a balcony you can't open and the glass is disgusting, you can barely dee through it.Report

I woke up to missed phone calls this morning to find out my sister had been ROBBED BY SOMEONE WHO ENTERED HER ROOM WHILE SHE WAS ASLEEP. The staff is so rude, nonchalant & condescending that it is OBVIOUSLY AN INSIDE JOB! Miraculously there were no cameras on her floor or the stairwell where the perp allegedly escaped. APD is doing an investigation but I advise everyone to stay away from here!!! Someone else was robbed at this hotel in the exact same way just last month!!! Trust the reviewsReport
Not to my standards. The staff didn't seem to care about their guest, we're very lazy. We had to hand carry our luggage.food in Next restaurant took 2 hours and was cold. No towels were brought to out room the next day of stay. Horrible place to stayReport
We had a very unfortunate experience here. We came back from a business dinner after midnight. We discovered that we could not get into our room.Report
Apparently the locking mechanism on the door had gone bad. The front desk made sure to have me go back and forth from the room with new keys three times before sending up security to attempt to open the room. Security was unable to open the room.
I was told that this is the first time this is ever happened in a hotel with 25 floors and 10 rooms minimum each floor. I found this to be unlikely.
I was told that the maintenance man would arrive my room shortly. Over an hour later the head of maintenance appeared.
I would like to thank Carlos, the head of maintenance, for helping me get into my room. Without his help I don't know where I would have been that night. My wife was with me and she needed diabetic supplies and we needed to get our room.
We were transferred to another room in the same floor and discovered that room didn't have hot water yet.
I was very happy to find out that the hotel did not charge me for my room because of this inconvenience. We were only there for one night and that one night was not a positive one.
I have to be honest and say that the only one who seemed to care about our predicament was Carlos the maintenance head, the front desk didn't seem to sympathize with our situation which was frustrating.
I would say that this is not a $250 a room hotel. If you are looking at paying $250 in room or even $200 room I would consider looking elsewhere. Perhaps when they update the rooms with, at the very minimum, updated locks I would consider it. But even after that like I said, definitely not $250 a room not even $200.

Hotel was great. Room clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. I thought the $48 a night valet was a bit much.Report
Rooms are not very clean and a lot of things were missing like tissues, trash can, and the don't disturb label. Reality is so different from pictures.Report
Poor signage not showing where to pull up, got stuck in the valet line for 20 min. No toilet paper in room on arrival. No one picks up the phone so I could get toilet paper, had to request reservations line to connect me to someone for toilet and still no one brought any. "Smart" light in bathroom would not stop flickering on and off.Report
