Gorgeous hotel. Parking fees are outrageous though. $42 for 8 hours or more???

Worst customer service, the front desk didn't even listen to the customers. Waste of time

Positive: Views from rooms are stunning. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Negative: Hotel is very dated and needs a refresh. Food options (including breakfast buffet) were very mediocre.

Nothing works here. A very disappointing stay where fire alarms make random noises in the night, the tvs don't work and you will never get the room cool.

Noisy, and out-dated, but with very helpful and efficient staff trying their best under impossible circumstances.

Not good enough Marriott!
