Add ReviewI don’t like to put negative reviews but this time I need to at least let someone know. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. Over 30 rooms with no hot water and a tv that doesn’t work? That makes for a long weekend. We were in town for a large girls volleyball tournament so you can imagine my pain with no hot running water. Still waiting on a response from the GM. Girl at the desk said they haven’t gotten back with them on how to handle this situation. Some sort of price adjustment would be nice.Report
I arrived at my hotel with the expectation that my travel agent, through my business trip, paid for my room in advance. When the receptionist asked me to hand over my personal card, it occurred to me that my room was not prepaid, so it was on! I had questions, lots of them. After all, my room should have been covered. Nicole, the receptionist, calmly conveyed to me that my room was reserved, but not prepaid. Then I asked her why they couldn't just charge business card on file, and she said since my room wasn't an advance purchase rate, the physical card on file needed to be available at check in, otherwise it's could be marked as fraud (well, that card was not in my possession). Now, let me tell you, I was vexed because this implied that I had to pay. Long story short, I didn't relent. Frustrated, I kept circling back to the front desk, drilling Nicole with more questions because I needed clarity. Nicole was so warmly patient, so kind in spite of my obvious agitation. Mind you, the other receptionists, Naisha, was patient too. She didn't sigh, or roll a single eye. Eventually, the manager, La'Shawn, got pulled in and she calmly detailed why they couldn't process the business card on file due to their fraud protocol. If you made it this far, thank you because the point is, I was clearly vexed, and yet Naisha, Nicole and La'Shawn handled me with so much care, which eventually calmed me down. All this to say, this fragile world really is held together by people like them who are enduringly patient and kind.Report

Simply here to say the desk person who checked us in was fantastic. I wish I had gotten her name because she was having to work over because her replacement didn’t show up. She was still kind friendly and efficient. This was 3/22/25 at 11:30 PM. So whomever that sweet lady was, please give her a raise!!Report
I had a really nice stay here, reception was really friendly and welcoming, I believe the lady name Nichole had help me chucking in, she had recognized me and greeted me very friendly. Fast and smooth check in! Clean and cozy room will definitely go back.Report
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Nicole, Terrence, Ca’shawn and Catina. They were very friendly and made me feel welcomed!Report
This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at.
Unreliable Hotel Van, front desk personnel are hit or miss. No microwave in roomsReport
Excellent stay. Rooms clean beds comfortable. Nice people.Report
Overall just run down. Rooms were okay but the hotel as a whole felt like it needed to be cleaned. I had to get 3 keys to different rooms and even after that the maintenance guy had to come up an additional 3 more times because the key cards wouldn’t work. Usually checking in is easy but I felt like they made it difficult. Front desk people were not friendly. Not mean, but just not friendly. I would not stay here again. Being a titanium elite member did not mean anything at this hotel.Report
I believe I can mark this as my worst hotel stay in all my 55 years of travel, business and personal. ||- Hotel had a very strong perfume odour that lingered the entire stay. Mad me nauseous.|- Started in a room on the first floor. Unfortunately it was across from a very load party in the conference room. Never experienced this before. After complaining of the loud music the hotel finally moved us to another room.|- In the morning no hot water. I guess it’s a common thing here. |- Place was not an example of cleanliness.||Will stay clear of this hotel… Think twice before staying here. ||This just does not meet Marriott standards.||Only good thing is quick access to the highway.Report
Irresponsible management !!Report
They made me wait for an hour and the lady at the front desk said that she doesn't have credentials to her computer to login 😭.
So they didn't assign me a room that night.
I walked to another hotel next and checked in .
