Candlewood Suites Harrisburg I-81 - Hershey Area

The room I stayed in was cozy and clean. The staff was friendly. The only downfall was the snack shelves near the lobby were empty.

We stayed at Candlewood for 3 weeks while our house was being renovated. It was great for the money. The hotel is a little outdated and in need of upgrades. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our biggest criticism is the paper-thin walls. All be it, I would recommend this hotel for the price we paid.

I just wish that I didn't have to beg for housekeeping. I have been at this hotel since August. I keep on getting skipped every week. I request that they clean my room on the same day every week. There has been times that they have skipped over my room. I have even asked nicely every day after work.

Bed was cheap and lots of noise in the room from the refrigerator. The "breakfast" was nothing but cereal in small boxes, but I did not see any milk. Spend your money somewhere else!

I travel a lot and stay in many different hotels in various states. This was my first visit to a Candlewood suites and I was very impressed. It was a beautiful room, extremely comfortable bed, and immaculately clean. I will try to find these hotels in my future travels and highly recommend them to everyone.

Hotel had mold in several places in the room and bathroom. Room was dirty and key cards didn't work

Outstanding customer service. Thank you keep up the good work . I realize COVID has put a monkey wrench in the hotel business and it is an on going thing now . But the hotel business is doing there best to keep up with company standards and cleanliness . Keep up the great work guys and gals. We will all get through these trying times.
