We booked a reservation with confirmation. However, when we came in they told us they double booked our room. They provided no alternative options.

Muy malo hotel no se lo recomiendo estuve 1 semana y solo limpiaron. 1 día la habitación ni cambiar las toallas venía incluido el servicio de la playa con camas y sombrilla y resulta que tiene q pagar la sombrilla a un costo de 20 dólares . Cuando haces la reservación a mi m decía un precio que tenía q pagar y resultar que tuve q pagar el doble ya no estando en hotel sacaron de la targeta 187 dólar y llamas y no contesta y mandas correo y mucho menos ya eso hace 5 días q van a devolver el dinero y aun nada

We reserved and PAID for a room 9 months ago but our reservation was cancelled when we arrived. No help finding something else just "you'll get a refund". Arrogant and dishonest.

My husband and I booked 2 nights 2 weeks prior on check in day we were told the hotel was over booked they sent us 30 blocks away at there sister hotel. We chose the hotel for the location we now had to pay 52.00 a night extra for valet parking and had to drive all the way back to south beach each day and park again. I sent many emails and made many phone calls to see if the blue moon would pick up the tab for this major inconvenience. Jan Paul the manager never responded to any this so I tried the GM John Perez again no response. They both are useless when it comes to customer service. The person who is charge of both of them should rethink who he has running the hotel.

Will charge hidden fees upon arrival. Building is unsafe per signs by building inspector on front of building.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!
I was kicked out of a room I paid for after my roommate caused commotion. My belongings were thrown into the lobby by the workers who stole my iPad. The roommate who caused commotion was allowed to stay, but I was booted. I have left numerous messages with staff through email and calling. I will be contacting the police as my stuff has not been returned nor any of my messages.

The place is disgusting and the man working the front desk is super creepy. Will never ever be returning.
