Hotel was renovated and I was able to stay on the new side , nice but excessive walk down corridor to reach elevator for this side
Made it to my room to smell cig smoke in the hall outside my door and loud guest LE across the hall
Other than that ok
Bathroom fan was not working well had a motor drag issue
Hook to hang towel in the shower coming out of the wall
That should have been noticed already band reported to maintenance
Other than that ok, bed was nice

The front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. I need an extra towel and the promptly helped me and asked if we needed razors, mouthwash, etc. The check out personnel were equally warm and helpful. Sending us off on our day with a smile.

The front desk rep was professional, friendly. He's a keeper.

Our experience at the Williamstown NJ location was quite surprising. All went well from check in to check out. Would definitely recommend to others.

Everything was nicely remodeled this year. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the entire hotel was spotless. I was amazed at how clean and well kept everything was.

As an IHG member for over 15 years, I've stayed in many IHG hotels. The one in Williamstown, New Jersey was all that I could expect from IHG. There were several others that didn't hit the mark.

Very good customer service and very well trained professional crews.
