The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable

This visit was for business. I will be coming back several times each year. I felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed.

Stay here every year when I go crabbing. It is close to the docks and comfortable.

Liked pillows labeled soft and firm. Good size room with microwave and refrigerator plus coffee maker.

This was our 2nd time at this location. 1st time was fine but this time experience was not as good as first time. We love the location so most likely next time we will stay again since other hotels on that street are even worse. Room itself was standard size, decor and etc. neither excellent nor horrible, so I would give a 3/5. Blanket/sheet/comforter/bed were not as good as others even compared to another holiday inn. Breakfast was generally good. Staffs were friendly and helpful except we did notify front desk that exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom but no one came up to fix it (because of covid??) house keeping missed a cleaning day but not a big problem, we just went down to get towels and toilet paper.
