Although not a bad place to stay, needs major updating and remodeling. 1st floor room was very noisy to sleep in.

The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Laura at the front desk was very kind. The noise level, however, was the worst I've ever experiencedin a hotel. The people in the room next to us were so loud and kept yelling and swearing until after 1am - it seems like there is no soundproofing. The heat did not work in the first room we were given and it was ice cold. The 2nd room was so hot we had to turn the air on to be comfortable. The hallway light also kept randomly coming on in the middle of the night. The windows had no screen or security feature if opened and we were on the 3rd floor. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. It had 2 body wash and no shampoo and the conditioner had to pump on it.

For the price charged, very mediocre. Lack of basic supplies (blamed on covid), room not very clean, room cleaning service suspended "due to covid" (come on...that's now just a lame excuse for poor service), bad attitude from one of the desk clerks--all could use a lot of improvement.

I wouldn't highly recommend this hotel as staff is not very friendly and we were given an already occupied room. Not acceptable for a Thursday afternoon when they were not busy.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!!! On our second day at Holiday Inn Auburn Hills Baldwin another family was able to access our room with the key card provided from the front desk. We were told we would get a credit for a free night stAy, that has yet to happen! The hotel promoters IHG standard cleaning and this location fails because the hotel is filthy! I went to the front desk for towels and wash clothes and was given one and told that is all that was available. Do not guarantee that you will have breakfast because it was hit or miss. I have reached out to the manager while on location and also by phone and he will not respond. I am always told "We gave Ryan the message" I then contacted guess services and they were told Ryan would contact me. To date he has yet to contact me. I contacted IHG and again waiting on Ryan to find time to contact me. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL IN THE AREA. The location is amazing but cleanliness and custom service absolutely terrible!!! Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Avoid the disappointment and run around that we are currently experiencing. 0/10 stars!!!

Room was never cleaned, coffee machine did not work and the area was dirty also they left coffee pods and no cups, sugar or creamer. My door key would never work, had to go to the front fest to get it fixed sometimes twice a day. I was not informed of all the Covid restrictions at the time of arrival.
The people at the front desk were always so friendly and did the best they could.

Conveniently located across the street from Outlet Mall and various other stores and amenities. Staff was courteous and efficient - room was in good condition and exercise room was better than most.

My go to hotel in the Auburn hills/Rochester area. (10 plus stays at this hotel) Staff is always been very good at this establishment. Hotel is clean and have never been disappointed with my stays there.
