I am a agent who recently joined the Ancona team and so far the experience has been great. A lot of companies give you the same set of tasks to cold call and practice scripts. Here we learn with a hands on approach and learn how to actually integrate our self into the real estate industry.

High quality content, professional as can be

We had to relocate to Miami in July due to the pandemic from the west coast of the USA. My job gave me the option to live in florida. Honestly we had zero clue about Miami and really wanted to focus on good schools for our kids. After speaking to a few friends they made great suggestions.

One of them recommended to us a local company Ancona Real Estate , specifically the owner Peter J Ancona who was a great agent from start to finish. Highly responsive, warm, intelligent and the consummate professional he was a real asset in our search . Peter was able to deliver on everything we asked and in a quick and super responsive manner. With his experise we ended up looking in coral gables & pinecrest.

Since we were new to the area we had quite a bit of a learning curve but peter was patient throughout. He never turned down a showing request, was always ready and had all the pertinent information about the property and neighborhood.
