I had the good fortune to cross Ken's path recently and have since come to get to know him as a realtor. The first words that pop to mind when I consider Ken as a business person: "integrity", "thoughtful", "honest", "knowledgable" and "determined". I could go on. Highly encourage local Studio City home sellers to meet with Ken before deciding on a representative.

Detail oriented, responsive communications, problem solving, companionate towards all parties involved. My 89 year old mother’s refrigerator had an issue and Ken offered to help her when he stopped by to drop off paperwork. This is in his character to help people when in need. Straight talk, candid professional opinion when needed. Provided ample marketing for our listing, helped coordinate with maintenance partners, made valuable suggestions and listened intently on our needs and wishes throughout. Couldn’t ask for a better Listing Agent. I have been on the mortgage side of transactions for decades and work with Realtors across the country. With this experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend Ken to others looking for representation.

I just closed my escrow this past week with the help of my wonderful agent Ken. Like all other reviews said, he is very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable going to him for questions or advices. He doesn’t hide anything. I was often in areas of bad receptions and couldn’t see my emails until I got home, Ken sent me a lot of text reminders to keep me in the right track. Would totally recommend him!
