My wife and I started looking for our first home in the fall of 2021. We were not prepared. Bidding wars, crowded open houses, FOMO on low rates is a lot of stress! But Ken kept the ship steady and kept the vibe positive. He has years of real experience, knows how to read...a room, and just generally knows about home repair and potential pitfalls. With the red hot market, we paused our search. We resumed in fall 2022 but this time with a baby on the way due in January! So the pressure was there. We decided to reach out to Ken again. With a bit of luck and good guidance in a cluster of showings, we're now homeowners and parents as of January 2023!

Ken helped us buy our new home in Los Angeles. He followed through each and every step of the home buying process with multiple CAR forms. Even when the sellers slacked, Ken never lost the momentum to chase the different steps and we closed the escrow on time. No details were missed out. Ken helped us find a house in the midst of a pandemic! I didn't think it was possible but it finally happened. Ken is super knowledgeable, punctual and has a great work ethic. I highly recommend him to anyone out there who is serious about buying a home.

Especially the part where I handed over your keys!

Ken was a great realtor for us. We were purchasing our home from out of state, so we relied on Ken for a lot more than we expected to. In all cases Ken was happy to help us out and responded promptly to everything that we asked. He would take the time to explain some of the more obscure parts of home buying to us and repeat it until we felt like we understood. Ken would also tour homes for us and create a virtual tour or faceTime with us when we couldn't be there in person to view a house.

He provided a wealth of knowledge about the various areas that we were interested in as well as resources that we could use to help us hone in on the right neighborhoods.

We were very pleased with Ken in all aspects of the process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house.
