As a new sales associate in Miami Beach, I found Peter J. Ancona of Ancona Real Estate on his utube channel. His presentation and videos are amazing and right away I wanted to join his brokerage. Ancona has an amazing Mentorship program. It was the best education I have received pertaining to real estate and marketing. We have a great team and Jose is an awesome director of operations. I love selling real estate and have a fantastic team and brokerage backing me up.

Being part of this Ancona Real Estate was the right decision for me. Peter's training is unique in nature. He teaches his agents the nuances of the real estate world. He shows his agent what to expect and how to guide clients in the right direction making it a WIN -WIN situation.
