Took longer than expected to get the screen for my Samsung Z Fold 4 for repair in stock. Once they did get it they fixed my phone same day. My only complaint is that Samsung didnt have the parts readily available for warranty service in the store they send you to. Not their fault.Report

I took my ps5 in and needed to replace a hdmi port. i waited for a month for them to trying to replace a new hdmi port. It was unsuccessful for them trying to fix it. Plus, They damage my ps5 motherboard while attempting to replace the new hdmi input on my ps5. they also charged me $40 because they attempted to fix it. I give this place ubreakifix negative 10. I recommend who have the same issue Take it to ClovisX and their price is way cheaper. ClovisX fixed my ps5 in 3 days.Report

Not a great experience this time around. Got there at 11:20a, dude said it'd take an hour to know something. Came back an hour later and he seemed confused. Said they had to get a part from another store and it'd be done later this afternoon. It was about an hour till closing and nothing so I called them. Got a story about how it was the wrong part and it'll be days now. What about a call then? I'd have picked it up earlier and found another spot. This spot seems off. Not all are like thisReport

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Phone fixed in 1 day is completely false! Terrible customer service. Initially went as Google sent me there as a certified repair shop. My phone died again 3 weeks later. Store needed to order a new battery which should have been ordered 10 days ago when I initially brought in the phone. They now have had my phone for 3 days and I have not received any updates by email. Going without a phone this long has completely inconvenienced me.Report
