Would give 0 stars if I could. One star for everytime I was helped. I came here 3 times to get my phone repaired. The first time I made an appointment,went in, and they didn't have the part, no sweat I'll come back. Second time they have the part but their internet is down, alright... Third time I called in to make sure everything was good to go, they told me they had the part, and to come in. I come in and they don't have the part, they 'had one earlier but it was promised to someone else". Thanks for lying and wasting my time. Go anywhere else.
My daughters phone was stuck on SOS mode after another place did some repairs and was told the phone was unusable. Decided to take it to UbreakIfix for a second opinion. They ran some diagnostics and within 5 minutes they had it working! Very friendly staff. Will be going back next time we need repairs.
I dropped my phone broke my screen completely my phone was not working in to them and the service was great within 2 hours I had my phone back they did a great job.
