I continued to make myself an appointment to have my phone repaired and they continued to cancel my appointment. They're very unreliable if you try to schedule an appointment for them to come to your residence to do the repair. My phone has been broken for 5 days and I scheduled 3 appointments. The first one I scheduled online and no one called me or even showed up and I had to contact customer service to see why and they simply canceled my appointment without telling me anything. Then I rescheduled for the following day and again this time I get a voice-mail saying the tech can't make it. I rescheduled one last time and this time I surely thought there shouldn't be an issue. I even had a text message saying "your tech is en route to you" and they still didn't show up! So i called them and asked what happened and once again my appointment was canceled.. I ended up having to call customer service and explain all this and in return they are sending me a complete replacement due to Ubreakifix being very unreliable.Report

I appricate there honesty about time it would take to get something fix. Was able to drop my phone off and have it fixed in a few hours. And the guy who fixed my phone was nice and told me what I needed to k ow about the fix which I respect.Report
