The Lock Up Self Storage

Be aware !!!
They nice to you when you move in but not so much when you getting out
If you think you getting good deal wait and you will see with constant increasing of the price
I had bad experience after being there and promptly paying for over two years
First they charge me twice for storage back in September
I payed directly in the office before going on the trip and they still charge my credit card few days later messing with my bank account big time
I tried to move out on the December 31th but they close the office at 1 and I wasn’t able to close my account
So I left some empty boxes till today morning knowing that somebody will be there today morning
They tried to charge me for it but I walk out and I will not pay it
Just a principal
The guy who usually was nice to me was not so nice today
I don’t recommend this company
There is so many other places around you can get better deal
I moved to much bigger storage unit for much less

Very helpful staff, clean and safe storage units, easy to move things in and out and I will use this facility again and again! This was our second year using it to store my daughters college things and I can't say enough about our positive experiences.

Very convenient to where I live. Exceptionally clean. Very professional and knowledgeable front desk. Insured that I got the very best pricing. Could not ask for a better experience. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Great facility! best prices in town to safely secure my belongings! very clean and well managed. Ray was a pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions! helped me big time with picking the right size unit for my needs!

Great people to work with at Lock Up Storage. Had my classic car delivered to their site. Ray was very helpful with getting the transport truck into and out of the storage facility. Very clean and secure. Highly recommend Lock Up Storage.

Easy no hassle access and staff is always friendly and flexible. Can't beat the service!

The store manager was very friendly and informative. I was briefed on what insurance I was being provided, how to enter and exit the storage facility, what the store hours were and a few other things. I also noticed they keep the place very clean. I had a storage unit and keys in less than 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend
