Everyone knows that packing and moving can be very stressful. In addition, moving things into storage can be extra stressful. We'll, I want to say that the crew at The Lock Up Self Storage really helped to ease that stress. Everyone there is so nice and extremely helpful. They go that extra mile to make sure that all of your needs are met. The cleanliness of the facilities really impressed me. It was truly a 5 star program from the very start! When we first came to Estero from out of town, we met Ray, where my wife and I both hit it off with him immediately! Other positive things came later after that initial meeting. The facility, our unit, the convenience, and orientation was second to none! I've made a friend, and we will be recommending this facility to anyone that asks! Thank you Ray and Joe for making us feel welcome in our new surroundings!Report
