It was truly a 5 star program from the very start! When we first came to Estero from out of town, we met Ray, where my wife and I both hit it off with him immediately! Other positive things came later after that initial meeting. The facility, our unit, the convenience, and orientation was second to none! I’ve made a friend, and we will be recommending this facility to anyone that asks! Thank you Ray and Joe for making us feel welcome in our new surroundings!Report

Ray and Joe were both great. I had to leave a big ABF trailer in their parking lot over the weekend before the movers could get to it on the next Monday. They were completely accommodating through the whole process. They really did take away a lot of the stress of moving cross country.Report
The facility itself is also top notch. Clean, cool and plenty of moving carts available.
This is the first time I have used storage units so can't really comment on price but the units we got seemed reasonable to me for indoor climate controlled units.

Great people to work with at Lock Up Storage. Had my classic car delivered to their site. Ray was very helpful with getting the transport truck into and out of the storage facility.
