Stronghold K9

We went to Joe at Stronghold K9 on a tip from a friend. Paisley was an 8 month old wild child, husky mix. It was so hard to leave her for a month but well worth it. The after training classes are a must to train the owners. I worked with Paisley every week so both of us were ready for class the next week. The dog has to listen to you for the program to work. It's been 4 weeks later and I took Paisley on her first field trip. She was an angel. I could never have done this without the training she received. Joe is awesome with dogs and I highly recommend his training and expertise.

I brought my mal pup to Joe..when I dropped him off he barely had the confidence to walk into the next room
without his big brother or sister with him…fast forward 2 short weeks and this little guy is eager to please his mama! He heels, sits when stopped, stays, places, down stays and more! He’s as confident as my 6 year old and that was only 2 weeks!!! Plus Joe trains you as well with instructions for when you leave to continue training your dogs! He answered every text and even sent me more instructions before I ever arrived and after we left! WOW! Customer service is beyond 5 stars! There was a reason we traveled 10.5 hours to take our Malinois to Joe! He exceeded all expectations we had! Thank you Joe! We will drive another 10.5 hours to drop him off again for another 2 weeks session in the future! Beyond amazed!

Took our 7 month old Labrador Retriever named Ammo to Joe when we were at our wits end and ready to give up. This dog is the Alpha Male and controlled our lives for 5 1/2 months. After 3 weeks we went to visit with Joe and Ammo and we didn’t think it was the same dog. We couldn’t believe the way Ammo listened to every command (and still does). AMAZING!!! To say the least! We brought him home a week later and still couldn’t believe it was the same dog we dropped off a month earlier. Joe you are the BEST! We don’t know how you do it, but we now have the dog we wanted and can’t THANK YOU enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!????Wayne & Nancy Lipps????

Joe and Crystal really have shown me just how much they love their work and commit themselves to their clientele. Our German shepherd lab mix went to them for 2 weeks and the difference is amazing. She doesn't pull on walks, she follows commands with purpose and keeps her composure around visitors. None of it would have been possible without them. I recommend them to all my friends!

I purchased Lyric from Stronghold almost a year ago. Lyric has been everything I desired in a Malinois. It was great doing business with Stronghold. I highly recommend their services.

Purchased a pup and went through the Board and Train program. Couldn’t be any happier with both. I have a solid and well rounded Malinois who is extremely quick with reacting to his commands. I highly recommend.

Stronghold K-9 is certainly a hidden gem when it comes to Belgian Malinois training. The attention to detail Joe has is second to none. He is not happy until he feels comfortable both you and your dog are well trained. It is well known owning a working Belgian may be overwhelming, but Stonghold takes away all confusion and simplifies it so you can continue his excellent work at home, and will work with you, the owner, to fix your mistakes along the way.
