Stronghold K9

I had a very aggressive dog. To the point where I had to take him to my bedroom when I had guests. It was so bad that he started hitting the door to try to get out. I took him to Joe and he had him for 45 days for his aggressive package. My dog is like a completely different dog. I can now have guests and my dog stays in place for the duration the guests come over. I can walk him with no muzzle around town and he doesn't growl or bark at all. It is insane what Joe was able to do in the short time he had my dog. I recommend Joe to ANYONE who might have an aggressive dog.

Highly recommend Joe with Stronghold K9 to train your dogs! We have 2 Australian shepherds (full size 6f and mini 7m) that needed some additional training and we did not know where to start. One of our main concerns were the dogs barking and storming the front door when we would get a mail delivery. The female Aussie seemed the most aggressive in those situations. With the help of Joe’s e-collar training program, he gave our dogs structure as well as taught them how to walk off leash. This has helped our dogs relax when new people come to our house and also when we get mail deliveries. They have learned several commands, but the most helpful one I think is the “place” command. Joe taught us how to use the commands and was very helpful and patient when we had questions. We had a few follow up training sessions after the program and our dogs continued to improve more each time. Joe is very knowledgeably and takes pride in what he does, and it shows through the training of our dogs.

Oh my, I could write a book. Joe is awesome! He is to the point, honest and a phenomenal trainer. I took my 10 yr old service dog to him. She was attacked on two seperate occasions by dogs in public areas that their owners took off their leash. (Leash required areas) After which she could not get past trying to protect me from anything with a face. And nolonger trusted or listened to me. She now ruled my house and couldn't do her service, unless I was home with her. I became her prisoner, she barked incessantly at anything!
Joe told me it was real iffy, weather he could help, do to her age. He said he'd try. He had her for 40 days...
Well I have my house, and my life back. I can take her anywhere again. No more crazy barking or nervousness. She was going crazy because of stormes too...no more. She was on meds from the vet for anxiety also, he got her off them also. She doesn't need them now. Oh yea, he had to train me too... Thank you sooooo much Joe for giving my dog my husband and I our freedom back. Joe is so worth what he charges.

Best training we’ve had! Joe did leash and E-collar training with our pup Scout. Scout is a handful and joe was able to train Scout while still allowing him to have his quirky personality. Joe is incredible and Scout LOVES him! We will be back for all training and boarding needs!

Moose is a 2 year old 90lbs German Shepard/Lab mix that was scared of his own shadow yet wild as could be with us. He was an outdoor country dog that roamed free with little to no manners. I took him to Stronghold K9 for help. I was moving to town and wanted him to be inside with me but he needed a major attitude adjustment and needed to learn that other people are not always a threat. Joe was absolutely amazing with him and with me in training. Moose ended up staying longer than the 30 days due to being so timid and scared around men in particular. Joe worked so patiently with him and the transformation has been incredible. I can now take walks with Moose without him dragging me down the street or me worrying about him attacking someone and he follows commands when told. I have also learned so much from Joe in the follow-up training sessions. He truly cares about you and your dog’s success. I would highly recommend him for training and/or boarding needs.

Joe who trained our Rocky did exactly what he said he could do from the start! I was skeptical at first having to deal with Rocky for about 1 year, You see Rocky is extremely smart, but very independent and headstrong. He would do what he wanted, when he wanted and how he wanted period. and he was so hyper we couldn't trust him around the grandkids in fear he would either run into or runover one and hurt them, unintentionally of course. Rocky was so out of control you couldn't even walk him even on a choker collar. And if we would turn him loose he would run off and we had a hard time finding him. Now that was Rocky before Stronghold-k9.
My wife and I met with them and discussed our issues we had with Rocky and what we was expecting from them after his training. After our conversation with Joe we decided to go for the 30 day training program. To give Rocky the best chance to succeed and have a good life.
After the training he has a completely different attitude. Here are a few thing he will do for both my wife and I . First of all we can walk him comfortably without worries that he will pull off our arm or run of into the next county. We have even walked him without a leash and he stays by our side when we stop walking Rocky now will instantly sit-down beside us and when we start walking he will instantly heal walking right beside either of us. he will lay down when he is told to and will stay when told to. he just listens and he will do what we tell him now. So with the improvements Rocky now has a life that he and we can all enjoy. He is house broke as well. A nice bonus to the training program we selected. And he is controllable when the grand kids come and visit he even stays on his bed in the living room until he is released to get off of it, This has to be the most drastic, POSITIVE change I have ever witnesses in any dog in my 60 years of life , There isn't a word or phrase we can say to give Stronghold-k9 the credit that they deserve for their accomplishing what we thought was the impossible. So to you Mr. Joe, We will forever be grateful for your expertise and your help bringing our new family together in perfect harmony. Without your help I can honestly say it could and would not have happened, WORTH EVERY PENNY. I will and do recommend Stronghold to anyone who is serious to having there dog trained the right way.

Joe did amazing with my 2-year old German Shepherd. It wasn’t easy to leave her for a month but it was well worth it! She is so well behaved and I am very impressed with the work Joe did! The follow up lessons are very important to attend and are very helpful! I can’t thank Joe enough for what he did & I would recommend him to anyone thinking about taking their dog to him for training!
