Great guy and does really good job at what he does! Prices are pretty good as well. His response time is awesome very easy to get in touch with him!

Mr Stone was very quick to respond when a home inspection was requested and was able to fit our inspection into his schedule right away. His price was not extremely expensive. His inspection revealed several issues that weren't readily apparent during the walk through with an agent. The inspection report was very through, included pictures and a detailed description of the items in the report. I did not attend the inspection myself but the report speaks for itself and proves Mr Stone is very proficient at his job and I would recommend him to anyone who may need a home inspector.

Scott was amazing from start to finish. You can’t meet a more personable guy. I have a dog that was barking basically the whole time, and he not once acted flustered or distracted - very professional.
When he arrived, we made some small talk, he asked some questions and got a feel for why I wanted the inspection, then got straight to work. He was there for 4 hours for a house that’s barely 1000 square feet, so very thorough. He took pictures of everything and showed me along the way with findings of interest or concern.
Scott definitely gave me a clear picture of what I might be getting into as a buyer and helped me make an informed decision - all at a very affordable price.
If you think “oh, it must take at least take a while to get the report” you’re wrong. He did the inspection yesterday, and I already have the full 70 page report, coded with immediate, moderate, and mild issues.
If you need an inspection, call Scott first. You won’t be sorry!

Scott went above and beyond my expectation providing high quality service with customer first mind set. His report was very detail oriented and easy to follow, finding over 30 items to be addressed, for which seller fixed most of all based on Scott’s clear feedback. Inspection got rescheduled few times due to seller not being ready, but Scott made himself available and got inspection done even requested at the very last minute. Scott showed sincere willingness to help, spending extra time over a call to answer all my questions (which was a lot) with detail explanation and recommendation. He also took over 700 pictures of the property (was a great surprise!) and shared all with me, which helped me communicate repair request to seller in even more convincing manner. All his feedback and time invested to provide such a great service was beyond my expectation and greatly helped me to analyze property before I purchase. With all this service, his pricing was very reasonable. Thank you Scott for all his support! I highly recommend Scott for anyone looking to have a quality home inspection in the area.

Mr. Stone was very responsive from the first phone call. He scheduled the inspection within the same week. He arrived on time and did an extensive thorough inspection. Mr. Stone also
walked me through and explained some of the things he observed while inspecting the home. As I am a first time home buyer he broke down everything as we went through to assure I understood and was well informed of who I would contact for issues. He was prompt with the report and it was easy to read and understand. It was also broken down into areas of high concern to moderate. This helped me to get the proper repairs done before purchasing. I must agree that a good inspection is worth more than one would initially realize. Thanks again Mr. Stone!
