Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
Our inspectors are InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® and Certified Home Inspectors. We will be honored to inspect your home. We enjoy educating our clients on how their home or building works, how to maintain it, and how to save building energy. At the end of the inspection, we will provide a written report for you within 24 hours after the inspection,

We could not have asked for a better experience! Scott was very amicable and professional from the start, and invited my fiancé and me to join him for the inspection. He walked through the entire inspection with us and answered all of our questions, and he made sure to notate everything that we pointed out, as well as his own findings. He stayed three and a half hours later than projected to ensure that he covered every square inch of the house and detached workshop, and had the 107-page inspection back to us by the next afternoon. We are first time home buyers and we’re foreign to everything. Mr. Stone not only gave an extremely thorough inspection, but guided us along and explained issues for us that gave us confidence in repairing said things in the future. He gave options for us when it came to repairs, and even provides a warranty for his service; which shows he’s sure about his work.
