Spotless, Inc Cleaning

I had an apartment move out, last minute emergency for my daughter who lives in Charlotte. After calling several cleaning services that couldn't accommodate our last minute request I found Spotless. Sheila was awesome to deal with. 4 ladies showed up exactly when she said they would; they methodically went through the entire apartment (that was in dire need of a cleaning) 4 hours later the place was immaculate. I just wish she had a branch in Wilmington NC where I live, I'm a Real Estate Broker; I deal with move outs and move ins all the time, I've never had the quality level of service as Spotless, LLC

I have been using Spotless for about a year and I have been very pleased with their service. They do exactly what I want them to do at a reasonable price. They keep me informed of their schedule and call me directly if there is a change. Overall, I am very happy with them.

The Spotless team was prompt, courteous and professional. We were in desperate need for a cleaning service because of an upcoming wedding and arriving family members. At a co-worker's suggestion, we requested service at the last minute, and Spotless found a way to work us into their tight schedule. They are hard workers! I was extremely pleased and would definitely use them again. Janet
