Spotless, Inc Cleaning

We hired Spotless to do a MOVE OUT clean and they were fantastic. This team touched everything from cabinets to moving appliances and cleaning behind, to the oven and every closet....and I am not exaggerating when I say my rental house was SPOTLESS. Moving is messy and stressful and this team was a life saver. I was impressed and it was worth every penny!

Elyse, we appreciate this feedback. As hard as Spotless works to please its clients, every once in a while a house cleaner will have an off day. For that we apologize. We will work hard to turn this 3 - star rating into a 5 - 5 star rating next time.

Updated review: Had a second cleaner come to my 1100 sq ft home to organize and she did an amazing job! The owner worked with me when I wasn’t satisfied with the first job. She responded to my complaint immediately and corrected the areas of concern right away! I have nothing but positive feedback.

The owner is a complete joke. After the cleaner broke my vacuum the owner tried saying it wasn't their fault. I do not recommend choosing Spotless to anyone who wants good service or a clean home.

Hi Ken, after working on your home for several months, during the last house cleaning session, the house cleaner informed your wife that your vacuum was not working properly. It was not picking up and it failed to turn on and off properly when the switch was pushed. The house cleaner also demonstrated the problem to your wife. Your wife said she would inform you. Meanwhile, the house cleaner picked up what she could by hand. A week later we received a call from you. During the conversation, you said that the company should replace your vacuum. Since there was not any negligence on the part of the cleaner and your wife was informed of the vacuum's condition before the worker left your home, we can only conclude that the vacuum cleaner simply died while the cleaner was using it, or it is in need of service. I hope this additional information will give you a better understanding of our reasoning. This matter was resolved shortly afterwards.
