A better restoration company you will not find. ServPro of Patchogue is extremely easy to work with. Their customer service is unsurpassed. The owners, Rich and Shannon, will guide you every step of the way to get thru whatever unfortunate experience it is that you may have. They certainly made a positive out of my negative. Their crew and the work they did at my home was top notch! Highly recommend.

From the office to the work they do in your home they guide you through every step of the process and let you know it's all going to be ok and it was. ServPro of Patchogue "SAVED THE DAY" when it came to our unfortunate situation! After our own Homeowner's Insurance Company called up and sent in (an unnamed) "Clean-Up" company to our home...(which was a nightmare of an experience), we ultimately had no choice but to have another company come in to try and rectify the horrible mess we were left with... In came Dan, a confident and sympathetic gentleman, from the
"ServPro of Patchogue". He assessed all of our damages and what was going to be required of his team when they got here. He explained everything, "IN DETAIL", about what the services would entail, leaving us with no questions or doubts.
When the team arrived, they were all extremely friendly, courteous and polite. Since this was taking place in our basement, there were MANY TRIPS up and down the stairs, carrying furniture, large items and boxes. The team was extremely careful with everything and very mindful of trying to keep the floor covered and clean. This all took place during the hottest and most humid days of this Summer (85* to 90*+). We made sure we had cold bottles of water and plenty of iced cold lemonade and iced tea on hand, but, getting this team to take breaks didn't happen too often. We are incredibly happy with the service provided by this team, led by the
Crew Chief Joe, and the very friendly office staff we spoke with on the phone (They really actually get your information and messages that you leave for someone correct...because they care)!
So, if you're going to call a company...
CALL "SERVPRO OF PATCHOGUE" and if
your insurance company is calling for you,
DON'T BE FOOLED...
DEMAND "SERVPRO OF PATCHOGUE"!After all, you pay for the insurance policy!
