If you are ever in need of a clean-up/restoration company (and I hope you don't!) ServPro of Patchogue is the only company you should contact. Their service was not only outstanding, the technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and beyond helpful! Would recommend them every time!!

We recently had a major leak that affected our basement and den. We immediately called ServPro of Patchogue due to their excellent reputation. They handled the cleanup and repair with professionalism and in a timely manner. The areas affected came out looking as good as new. We would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

They showed up less than 2 hours after they were called. Every part of the process was explained in detail. They were quick, clean, and courteous.

From the moment the company was called after I discovered fresh water stains on my ceiling to the completed cleanup, they made every task so seamless. I was able to go about my daily business as they trudged forward. They showed up as committed and contacted me to relay time changes. They did an amazing job on removing all debris leaving all effected rooms spotless. Servpro of Patchogue works like a well oiled machine in the most professional way! Would recommend them without a doubt.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for every single person I encountered with SERVPRO. My home was in a fire that unfortunately took almost all of my belongings and destroyed the inside of my home. SERVPRO was here immediately explaining every single detail of what the days ahead would entail. The professionalism and pure kindness that came from every single person that worked in my home was an experience I have never had with any other business. My emotions were all over the place and they assured me they would do everything they could to save my sentimental items. They cried with me, they asked me questions and made me a part of decisions every step of the way and they physically worked hours on end to clean up so I could rebuild . A house fire is a very stressful and traumatic experience and SERVPRO helped ease all of my stress. I will forever remember and be grateful for this amazing company!

Again you choose to be rude by publicly saying my last name for the whole entire web to see when I do not have my full name on Google. I am disappointed with the customer service of this place and the insensitivity of your employees. Outstanding payment? I didn’t even get a chance to fix my home before you threatened and demanded payment. I would never recommend serv pro.
