There are not enough words to praise the excellence and quality of service provided to us by ServPro of Patchogue during this difficult time in dealing with the clean up after the fire in our home. Their kindness and compassion and concern for us and our belongings could not have been more obvious. As far as we are concerned, ServPro is an award winning service and no other can surpass them.

Wow! John at ServPro Patchogue is the Man. He was not afraid to get down and dirty up in my attic. But the real win was the honesty, after crawling around he was able to tell me I had no visible issues. That’s meant the world to us.

Servepro of Patchogue was fantastic! Rich inspected for mold, gave an honest evaluation, followed with an estimate for remediation and paint. His team was a group of hardworking professionals who helped bring an older Long Island home back to life. Job well done!

The entire experience couldn't have gone more smoothly. Mark Delfino and his entire crew were extremely professional and did all they could to make the process as painless as possible. They performed difficult work both quickly and effectively and were extremely knowledgable about all pertinent issues. I highly recommend Mark and his crew to anyone needing similar types of services.

Omg these guys are the BEST! My mom had a flooded kitchen that she thought she cleaned up.. ended up in the hospital a few days later and it wasn’t till she got home that I realized her basement had a lot more damage! State Farm sent Serv pro over, and Richie, Mark and their team made a lousy situation not so bad.. they took care of drying out the kitchen and basement, always updated me on what was happening and made my mom feel better… she’s 92 and trying to get back on her feet but these guys talked to her and she felt she could trust them… they cleaned up beautifully and now we’re on to the rebuild… any type of water damage, call these guys! Rich and Mark Delfino, Servepro!
