I recently ordered some merchandise from Raven Gadgets and was very happy and satisfied with their easy ordering of merchandise and prompt delivery of the merchandise . although there was a problem with where I lived and what I ordered was just not going to work in the area where I lived I contacted their customer service dept. and made arrangements for a return and refund and they took care of it for me no questions asked .
