    I'm writing this for my sister (Robin Fultz), her phone went down this afternoon and was in a little panic as she was to get this completed. Even though I live in another State, I have been with her from day one trying to find an Antenna that would work picking up all the channels that she got from her old TV. This one as however, did not work well in her area, but the customer support people are incredible. They helped her get her much needed refund and were very supportive of our decision that no matter what we tried it just didn't work. Thank you Raven Gadget Support TEAM!

    I was definitely impressed with their customer serves. They responded back to me quickly and I was able to get my refund. Totally impressed. You just don't get that kind of serves anymore and it is really nice when you do.     Since I originally posted that review, Raven Gadgets refuses to return my emails, or my refund. I have tried for weeks to get them to respond to no avail. I have contacted the BBB and now I’m letting the public know, just like I told them I would in my last email to them. BUYER BEWARE!!! You’ve been warned!!! NO STARS

    Hi Marry, I'm not exactly sure what happened but I don't see any other emails from you? Can you try contacting support again maybe using another email? Our spam filters might be labeling your recent emails as spam. Our other customers don't seem to be having this issue. Also, you should have received the refund several weeks ago.

    Ordered an indoor tv antenna, received the item very quick. Unfortunately I am too far from a tv station for it to work. Contacted Customer Support and they were fantastic in working with me. Would recommend Raven Gadgets!
