I'm writing this for my sister (Robin Fultz), her phone went down this afternoon and was in a little panic as she was to get this completed. Even though I live in another State, I have been with her from day one trying to find an Antenna that would work picking up all the channels that she got from her old TV. This one as however, did not work well in her area, but the customer support people are incredible. They helped her get her much needed refund and were very supportive of our decision that no matter what we tried it just didn't work. Thank you Raven Gadget Support TEAM!

My order was processed immediately and delivered promptly. When I discovered that my location made the antenna performance less than I had hoped, I inquired about a refund.
The customer service department replied quickly and courteously... and helped me through the refund process. This is the mark of a quality organization.

I was definitely impressed with their customer serves. They responded back to me quickly and I was able to get my refund. Totally impressed. You just don't get that kind of serves anymore and it is really nice when you do. It makes you believe that not everyone is a scam artist, which is why I don't order things on the net normally but now I will.

We received our antennas very fast but unfortunately we’re unable to use them due to placement. I emailed them and they have promptly showed me how to get my refund and we were very happy with the service and support that we received. Bonnie

Customer service was fast and efficient as well as my order. Great support with my application and getting the right antenna for my use. I will be looking in to some of their other products as well.

I'm very impressed by Raven Gadgets customer service. In an age where so many providers either are impossible to reach or unable to handle the easiest of questions, it's refreshing to do business with an organization that is responsive and helpful.

Since I originally posted that review, Raven Gadgets refuses to return my emails, or my refund. I have tried for weeks to get them to respond to no avail. I have contacted the BBB and now I’m letting the public know, just like I told them I would in my last email to them. BUYER BEWARE!!! You’ve been warned!!! NO STARS

Ordered an indoor tv antenna, received the item very quick. Unfortunately I am too far from a tv station for it to work. Contacted Customer Support and they were fantastic in working with me. Would recommend Raven Gadgets!

I ordered the indoor antenna. I did not get enough channels for me to cancel cable. I contacted customer support, they are awesome to work with as they got back with me right away. They gave me a full refund! I would not hesitate to buy from this company in the future.
