The item quick to deliver and I found very easy to set up. So glad that is made in the USA. I only got a few channels. I wish I could had gotten more channels.

I was very happy that this company is located in the US. Shipping was fast, I received in a couple of days. My package did not contain everything I ordered, so I contacted customer service. They promptly responded that they realized it after my order was sent, and they immediately shipped out the missing items. You don't often get that kind of service.

We purchased the Raven antenna and had great success pulling in the 4 Denver stations ... were surprised by the clarity of these channels. Our very rural location is too far from any supporting towers and prevented us from receiving any other channels, so have decided this product is not for us. Kuddos for making products available like this, giving people alternative television services!

Very good customer service. The antennas did not receive any signal in our remote area. But Raven Gadgets promised us a full refund. Their shipping was fast and customer service was excellent.
