Dr. Davis was extremely nice and helpful with us (me and my fiancé) today!

Just like every other hospital I have ever been to, the people in it don't listen to anything you say, they just wait for you to finish talking so they can say what they were going to say to you anyway and not answer questions or write down your answers. Three times I was asked where I wanted a prescription sent only to have them send it somewhere else. I asked for a prescription to help with muscle cramping and I got an anti histamine, why? Why is always the people who think they know best never listen to anybody, even when they get paid to listen to the patients. Allenmore is garbage.

They dont answer call lights on time and they refuse to give pain meds they serve cold food and hang up on family members never come here

My daughter just had ankle surgery here, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The staff were all so nice, and everything was handled promptly and efficiently. So glad we didn't end up at our local hospital, St. Michaels in Silverdale, where they are having paramedics treat ER patients because they can't staff their hospital.

Staff was extremely friendly and kind for my first ever surgery. They were very informative and showed genuine care for all of my concerns. Best treatment I have ever received at any hospital!

If you can avoid this system at all costs. There are a few competent doctors but they are hard to find. I'd give zero stars if I could.
1. billing department has billed for services not received (more than once)- takes weeks to get a live person on phone, no one calls back when you leave a message.
2. billing department doesn't understand the differences between hospital and office visits
3. ER nurse taking blood needed multiple attempts
4. ER doctor dismissive
not a great healthcare system if you actually want care
5. Billing cannot answer questions for charges and will redirect you to the doctor who then redirects you to the billing department.

UPDATE-the answer to this is ridiculous as I said no one calls back when a message is left and it can take weeks for someone to get back to you.

Outstanding service good people to help you with your problem and they are fast

They are the best emergency room ever and it'll be talking smack to the other employees about you. This doctor was the best ever she helped me thank you so much. And the ladies at the window that check you in amazing!!!

On December 30 2022 I was at the hospital with my grandmother and their was this one nurse who really helped a lot she was very kind and caring thank you so much nurse Kristen for your time

After having my Gallbladder removed, they waited to release me until 8:30 pm (after the pharmacy's are closed) I had to sit in excruciating pain until 14 hours later to get my prescription. Worst experience I have had in a hospital.
