Last night I self admitted myself for some gastrointestinal issues. The nurses got me back quick, were very efficient with the blood work and ultra sound. Today I had an issue with my pharmacy and Wanda was amazing and helped me out a ton and helped me get the prescription I needed.

Waiting for 3 hrs.

My son went to the ER because he was vomiting up blood. They kept him in the ER saying they were going to do an MRI but he had lead in his wrist so they said they couldn’t do it. Said they were going to do something else but never did. They moved him out of the ER to an overflow area and just left him. He hadn’t eaten in over 24 hours and they didn’t give him any food until the next day! He wanted to leave because they still had not moved him to a room but could not get a doctor to come and release him. He had the worst care I have ever heard of!!

Everyone was so caring and helpful. They made my stay as pleasant as it would be.

Very hit or miss, depending on who is assigned to you as a patient. On my release date, I was waiting hours just for my IV to be taken out and my paperwork. Rooms are very small and most are shared.

The nurses and doctors in the ED, are very caring and nice

Horrible service in the Lab I have a Nephrostomy bag and am Not suppose to be walking I was pushed in a wheelchair to the Lab by a nurse but when I needed to leave the Receptionist never even tried to called for someone to push me back to the entrance she ignored me I ended up waiting 30 min for her to do something but she never did so I got up and left even though I am Not Suppose to be Walking a long ways. Very rude service. ????????????

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. My husband had a work accident and nearly sliced his thumb off. We went in at NOON.(Didn’t get discharged until 7pm!!!) He was practically covered in his own blood and was clearly in pain.
He wasn’t seen or given ANY pain medication until roughly 5! Then they took him back for stitches the lady who did them (Dr.Kyle) was about 5 stitches in and stepped away to answer her phone and was gone for about 15 minutes WHILE THE SUTURE NEEDLE WAS IN MY HUSBANDS HAND. The lidocaine wore off by the time she came back and she had to give him MORE before finishing the sutures. What a mess. Absolutely disappointed and won’t be going back there again.
