Our kitchen sink was clogged on both sides and started filling water into our dishwasher. MESA Plumbing (Robert Acosta) was able to come out the same day to fix it. Robert was very friendly and professional. He explained in detail everything he had to do to fix the clog. He was very thorough and truly cared. He triple, triple checked that the drain/pipe was clear before he left. He also made sure to clean up after he left. One thing I would say is that $300 seemed a little steep to unclog a pipe, but the fact that they were able to come out the same day made it worth it.

We hired Mesa to clear a clog and replace a shower head in a rental property. They cleared the clog and supposedly replaced the shower fixture (a 20 min - 30 min service visit). When I went to check on the work, the complete shower fixture had not been replaced, only a small part inside. Mesa incorrectly billed us $515 for the work (invoice #50931437). I brought this to their attention, when they called for payment, and was told they would "get back to me." Instead, they waited several weeks and called again for payment. This time, I was out of town and they got my assistant. He paid the bill, not knowing the invoice was incorrect. The work itself was acceptable. The overcharge for work not done, subsequent billing snafu, and lack of follow-up was extremely unprofessional.
Update: An employee of Mesa plumbing ("Patrick") followed up after finding this review, agreed that the work wasn't done as indicated on the invoice, but did not offer to credit/refund or do anything else to address the matter. He literally hung up on me. The one star review stands.

Osman--Thank you for giving us the opportunity to show that we do what we say and stand by our work.
We love being able to illustrate our values to our potential clients.
Our system tracks everything--Including that there was no issue with the invoice and work.
If someone wants the events in sequence, please see below.
1. We received 2 calls from you on the 20th of June asking for service for slow and clogged drains and a shower head that was spraying everywhere--There is no other record of any calls raising any issues from Osman or his property management company
2. Ryan wrote an estimate which was agreed to
3. The estimate does not say we will replace the shower head and assembly.
4. Ryan spent 2 hours at the job working very hard to fix the issues
5. Direct quote from the invoice you or your office signed and approved ("Changed out shower head, leak coming from joint of shower head “wand” connection. Fixed issue. Needed to replace arm coming out of wall and swivel piece for wand.")
6. There was no overcharging or issue with the invoice
7. You did not pay on completion as required and were emailed the invoice on 18July, 22July and 10AUG.
8. We called to collect payment and got your assistant who paid the bill
9. You wrote a 1 star review because you had to pay the bill that was agreed upon.
10. If anyone wants to see the signed invoice, please email Mesa.
The old-fashioned drain p-trap on our kitchen sink corroded apart. MESA sent Jacob along in just an hour after I discovered the issue and called them, and he repaired it with modern PVC right away and at a price I was happy with.
UPDATE: We have used MESA a ton since buying our home to the existing HCAC system in good shape and make updates to our plumbing. We can always count on MESA to fit us in at a reasonable time. Most recently, Aaron performed our furnace maintenance and helped diagnose a tricky AC issue involving a smart shutoff switch owned by the power company. He also installed a neutralizer system at my request - and walked me through the best way (not the "easy way") to have it installed, and why. Thanks, MESA team!
