We scheduled an estimate for replacement of a water heater late afternoon with My Plumber Plus. As scheduled, the morning of next day, a technician (Manny) arrived and did a quick and to a point estimate with a very reasonable pricing. When asked when he would be available, Manny said he could start right away. I liked his very professional attitude and quick, no nonsense response, that I hired him on a spot - canceling the rest of the estimates that were scheduled to follow. He did a great job, bringing a new unit we earlier agreed, installing it, including gas connection, hood, pipes, and so on, cleaning the work area, and verifying the heater operation. Within a few hours, much less then I expected, everything was done and we have hot water again. I highly recommend My Plumber and their technician, Manny.

Made a call in the morning (10-11am) and was given to dispatch and a confirmation number, with a time time of "Anytime"-- That translated into having no idea when someone would show up. Four people are waiting to get their sink unclogged and I continue to call in and get forwarded to dispatch. Called that someone will be out there in an hour, an hour passes again, and it is now 6:20pm. This is literally 5mi away from the house. I still have no clue why someone hasn't shown up. Why is there a 49.99 service fee included when you have to ruin your entire day waiting on people that don't show up or even mention when they might show up?!
