I called Mesa because I was having an issue with my heat turning on. My tech was awesome! When Dessa arrived she was very friendly and knowledgeable. It took her less than 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, and about 10 minutes to repair it.. Although the repair didn't take long, Dessa spent time explaining the problem. The time she took explaining helped me to feel confident that she knew what she was talking about.Report
