My 2011 BMW F10 had condensation in the headlights which caused my daytime running lights to malfunction & my rear brakes pads and rotor were shot. I scheduled an appointment with M-Spec and had a great experience. Jason was awesome in explaining the issues with my car and reassuring me they’ll Take great care of my car and fix the issues plaguing my car since it was my first time going to M-Spec. They were really professional & great all around customer service especially when I had multiple questions about my bmw. I highly recommend M-Spec to anyone with a European car needing some fixing. I will definitely be going to M-Spec for any other issues in the near future.Report

An M-Spec technician test drove and inspected my vehicle for 2 hours, and then told me my vehicle was in need of nothing. Imagine that! This is why I’ve been servicing my vehicle here for many years. Trust & professionalism, they won’t try to rip you off.Report

M-Spec has the best customer service I’ve ever received at a mechanic. Advisors like Jason make this process so smooth and easy, amazing warranty program and financing options available as well. Driving foreign cars can me very costly and problematic, these bna experts were able to diagnose and repair my 2016 f10 550i and clear the check engine. Now she runs like a stallion, although other issues were located with the vehicle Marc my mechanic was able to prioritize my repairs and get the car running until I could return. Legend has it Jason’s beard grows more when m-spec gains a new satisfied customer.Report

All of our mechanics are ASE certified and have full dealer level capabilities including diagnostics, coding and programming. We also perform tune-ups, alignments, engine work, suspension, front end, transmission, electrical diagnostics, factory scheduled maintenance, factory updates, trouble shooting and much more! History Established in 2005. In 2005, Adam and Eddie started M-Spec Performance in a single car garage in Adam's backyard. After the neighbors got tired of the endless BMWs taking up their parking spaces, Adam and Eddie decided to move their business to a small, rented out a garage space in Bayside. After about a year here, they expanded to their first real shop in Glendale in late 2007. However, even this was not enough room for the quickly growing business. M-Spec Performance recently doubled its size with a move to the current location in Middle Village, NY. This new shop is 5,000 square feet and has been completely renovated to fulfill the needs of the ever growing customer base.
