Came in for a diagnostic on a knock coming from the transmission housing. They went above and beyond and completed a full diagnostic report on my entire vehicle and itemized each repair and the pricing for each. While the repair costs were a little over budget for me, the report was very thorough and came to conclusions on every mechanical malfunction in my vehicle. Very pleased with the work they did. Would recommend.

Jason, a customer service representative, possesses excellent understanding when it comes to foreign car issues. He promptly expedited the necessary full detailed report to my vehicle, allowing me to gain a better understanding of the required repairs. The entire process was communicated thoroughly and without any pressure. Jason efficiently arranged for the appointed team mechanic to work on the car within the scheduled time. The end result was exceptional, and the price for the job was reasonable. This place is truly a top-notch alternative to a dealership, with highly skilled mechanics on staff. It is comforting to know that my car is in capable hands. I highly recommend this place.

I have trusted M-Spec for years with my family vehicles. Most recently I had some major work performed on my 2005 BMW M5. On this visit we took care of my clutch issues by replacing the original clutch with a new clutch kit and associated parts. While my BMW M5 was at the shop they also replaced the alternator and performed an annual New York State inspection. I cannot speak more highly about my experiences at M-Spec. They truly treat you with the utmost professionalism and respect. There are few if any true European independent specialists in New York City let alone Queens and Brooklyn. It is extremely difficult to find a shop that operates like these guys. They really do their best to invest in the latest technology. The customer experience I have received has just gotten better over the years. They have a system of sending photos, videos and text updates while my car is in the shop which I have never experienced at any other shop, not even the dealership. The night drop box is also very convenient since I work during the day and can only get the car over to them after hours.

If you own a BMW there is no better shop to go to. These guys are the best.

Break sensor replaced. Very good job. Car has right head light malfunction. It is very expensive to fix. New adaptive headlight is very expensive.
