Angelena was on time (actually early with an advance call) extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. She advised me of the problem and cost in advance of doing the work. It was a great experience. LBA is very fortunate to have such a great employee and representative of their company!!!

Nick was extremely competent and saw the problem right away fixed it and made it affordable for me as an older person as very congenial and helpful and I would definitely ask for him next time which I'm afraid and this Old House there would be anyway I thought he was a very pleasant and very confident young man and I appreciate all that thank you

Annual furnace maintenance. LBA always has great costumer service, they are on time and very efficient. The technicians are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend LBA.

The technician was knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem and then get the heating system working. Prompt and courteous.

Yearly maintenance. Installed UV system to help clean air and prevent microbial growth in ducts.

Corbin arrived quickly and helped figure out some furnace issues that had caused the fan not to run and overheat. He didn't try to rush through anything and explained everything he was doing well. Luckily nothing needed to be replaced and he offered some future improvements without trying to sell too much. Corbin was friendly and quite informative, the service was good, and I chose to start up a maintenance plan with LBA.
