Just a routine plumbing inspection and Corbin did an amazing job of explaining what he was doing and what he found and what to look for. He was very knowledgeable about all plumbing aspects of my home.

Joseph Wright was very good. He was the third person from LBA out in the last month to deal with this. The second person did nothing, but try to sell me a $2000+ option to put valves in, when I told him the gurgling didn't start until after the first snaking. Joseph was honest about the fact that a hydro cleaning may be needed.

The furnace is old made around 1977 was determined. Tried to check it out tontry to do repairs to could not repair.
