I went in for a couple recalls on my car which to one of them they had to pull my engine to do. They told me in the computer it would be a 13 hour job but realistically it would it was a 20 hour job. They kept my car for a month and a half and barely communicated with me about what they were doing especially after I asked them to let me know what was going on. Never will I go to this dealership for anything again.

The leadership there is very unprofessional,walk into the customer waiting area and not greeting any customers, customer service is business One the times I have been there even the Owner Keith Pierson didn't speak so it's all about the money not customer service.
