Lacoya was very welcoming, friendly, supportive and informative. He did his best to get me what I wanted. It just wasn't realistic, but he was very supportive. The Service writer was very personable and helpful. I was scheduled for two software updates and final free servicing on my 2021 Venza. The work was completed in the estimated time frame and my vehicle received a complimentary car wash. An added bonus to scheduling service here is they’ll provide transportation to nearby shopping.Report
