Wilbur, Tanisha and Nick were awesome! I was greeted at the door by their kind staff. Wilbur asked me what my needs were and they were met! No nonsense staff! He showed me vehicles in my range that I was looking for. Nick closed the deal down and was very helpful! I’m extremely happy with my purchase! Very pleased with Keith Pierson Toyota!

There continues to be issues with the service department… I had my 25k mile warranty completed and they didn’t even rotate the tires. They claimed they did but my two passenger tires were caked in mud, and when I left the dealership they were in the same spot. If they lie about tires being rotated, why wouldn’t they lie about other maintenance?

Luisa Zambrano and the other lady that helped me were AH-MAZING. Though they both stated they were new to the building, their customer service and proessionalism shined bright. Thank you ladies for all the help you gave me in my last minute service needed on the 4Runner.
