inside sales rep Katie McWhirter. The product information was not available. Katie told me, she would call the manufacturer on Monday, to insure the correct part and get back to me. Katie followed up and placed the order. It was not large $ amount, but the effort she put into this was amazing. If this is the quality of personal that KaTom has, they'll hear more from me. I needed to get 3 refrigerators (fast), but was not entirely sure what option best suited my needs. Mikaiyla was very helpful comparing different models and answering all of my questions. Once I placed the order (on a Friday) with an expectation it would ship the following Wednesday, I was surprised when all three units arrived on Monday (2 days early!). Great customer service from Mikaiyla, and super quick shipping. I HIGHLY recommend working with the KaTom team!Report
