Avoid this business On Feb 3, 2023, I ordered 12 sets of Victorinox Serrated wood handled steak knife sets for a customer. Apparently, what looked like the serrated ones were straight edge. Katom shipped 3 of the 12 sets, and when I received them, I called and asked what was going on with the order. I told the person on the phone that I needed the backordered ones checked and to cancel them if they were not serrated. She checked and assured me they were serrated.
When the rest of the order arrived, they were all straight edged. I contacted sales and they said if I ordered the right knives and returned the others, the 25% restock would be reduced to 10%.
After ordering the correct ones and returning the others, the refund was with 25% restocking charge. This took many contacts by phone and email. They verified the information and still have not fully refunded me. They still owe me $238.81

Mikaiyla was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She followed up to see if I had any questions and processed my order promptly. I wish she was an employee at my company!

Ordered a 3200.00 freezer. Did not tell me when it would show up. when trucked called and said he was here I had to scramble to make time to unload. I was not ready for it. So, when I get it unwrapped and installed it had damage. It had been crushed from shipping (probably from overseas) doors wont seal. Emails were ignored at first. Then a month of empty promises. Now they won't replace or refund so I'm stuck with a 3200.00 POS freezer that won't work. You do the math why there customer service has such a low rating. Now is on to the BBB. They wont get anymore of my business.

Worst customer experience ever. Equipment came in damaged they would not help me with the claim they acted like it was my fault. Worst company to do business with find another retailer even if it cost more money, you’ll be happier. F Katom
