I was sent the wrong item. waited almost a month with no resolved. I had to call my credit card company for a chargeback. Only after I did a chargeback did they respond. My representative was name Mikaela G.

JoEllen Osborne was a pleasure to work with, we had a couple of accounts set up and had to track a receipt for filing. Most of the time poeple are not interested in helping all the way through but JoEllen saw it through and send it off asap. I had a great experience buying my restaurant equipment form KaTom. My accounts manager Evan provided outstanding customer service. I was always able to get him on the phone when I had a question. Not so long ago, I would not of wasted my time with a review. I had paid for an order back on 9/22/21 and Credit Key paid the invoice that day. I never received the equipment and from all appearances I was going to lose my $887.

Then along came Barbara Irazoqui, returns department supervisor. Initially, the situation looked bleak due to my order being buried in archives. Barbara assured me she would go to bat for me and do her best. It was all I could hope for at this point.

Yesterday, Barbara emailed me the good news! She crossed rivers and moved mountains to get a Credit Memo for my undelivered purchase. I forwarded the credit memo to Credit Key and they have begun the return processing.

To go even further, Barbara emailed me today to see if I had received my return. I told her not yet, Credit Key also has quite a return process.

In closing, I’m pretty sure that without Barbara’s efforts, I not only would have never received the equipment I purchased, there was a high probability I would have lost my $887.

Barbara saved me as a customer and gives me confident there are sensible business people willing to do all they can to satisfy the increasing demands of today’s s hospitality entrepreneurs.

Thank you Barbara!

PS The only reason this is 5 Star is because Barbara took over my case. I was poised to find another vendor.
