Ok, so I received multiple quotes for encapsulation. John came from JES and explained the benefits of encapsulating our crawlspace after the mold was to be removed.
We decided on JES and could not be happier with their work, they were professional and prompt. We did notice about a 15% decrease on our energy bill throughout these winter months due to the work we had done, it’s also nice not having cold floors! Great company to do business with!

I had 4 peirs and 2 Jack's installed on my home about 2 years ago costing over $20k. I was told this would stabilize and stop my homes movement which was resulting in many, many cosmetic issues inside (ceiling, wall and crown molding cracks, sticky doors, squeeky steps, etc). Since that time not only have those issues persisted, they've gotten worse. I've had JES out to make sure the jacks were calibrated correctly twice. Each time there were different reasons/excuses for the cosmetic issues and said the jacks were fine. The second time the inspector gave me a quote for an additional $10k in foundation work that he said will fix the continuing issues! Not sure why I should trust this company to do more work on my home when they didn't seem to get it right and solve the issues I wanted solved the first time.

Worse place to work management only cares about management not really customer service. They have went through so many production managers and GM’s nobody knows what they’re doing the good help has left .Place is going downhill quickly.

Excellent work. Matt B and Kevin V came out and used the foam technique to level the slabs around our pool. Cleaned up everything prior to leaving. Very professional and highly recommend.

We were concerned about several cracks in our walls. Barry came out to inspect. He was professional and respectful. He explained what was causing our issue and suggested a remediation strategy. This experience was wonderful! Highly recommend JES and particularly Barry Kennedy out of the Richmond office!

I can not believe the results. Night and day. Mat B. & Kevin V. The technicians who completed the work. We're very attentive. As wells as polite, and professional. Answered all of my questions. Then cleaned up. It looks like they were never there. I would highly recommend JES to anyone. Great job guys. Money well spent. Thanks for a job well done.
