Great job by Michael, Lloyd and Matthew. They installed 23 piers which was a daunting task in a very short crawl space with very nasty hard clay soil. Very professional, worked extremely hard and left my property in great condition. I would highly recommend them

Crawlspace inspection. They sent a non English speaking crew to do work! Someone cut the water to my house off and JES said it wasn’t the workers they sent! I couldn’t communicate with the workers and neither could JES. They were very rude & condescending on the phone! Very unprofessional!!! DO NOT USE!!!!

Roberto Taperia and Jose Martinez provided excellent service to me by installing 8 foundation stabilizers and adjusting the previously installed under-house piering system. It resulted in many large wall cracks in the interior being minimized and allowed sticking doors to open and close freely. They replaced the landscaping that had to be removed and cleaned up and restored the terrain as best as possible. They were courteous and completed the work in a timely manner.

Rudy, Jose and Luis were all very professional and did a great job on lifting by garage foundation. They were courteous and answered all the questions I had about the work being done! I would give all these men 5 stars for their work!

Beware of salesmen being salesmen. Our foundation needed major repairs, but our salesman Jeff told us all we needed was to get rid of the mold and encapsulation. Now we’re looking at having to spend even more money to fix the foundation issues which was the real problem. I would rate 0 if I could.

Encapsulation under the house as well as taking care of all moisture issues prior to doing the encapsulation. Excellent service and yearly checks on the status. Internal gages allow us to monitor for issues and be proactive bur there have been no water issues since they did their work. Phillip was outstanding as a service provider.

JES was very prompt to send someone out to give me an estimate. They also called numerous times to schedule and reschedule my job. They estimated that I would need 6 piers to repair my foundation. They were not cheap at $14,000 for the job. When the work was accomplished, it was determined I only needed 5 piers, not 6 and that I was due a refund or an adjustment. Now that they have their money, they have ghosted me. I have called and reached out for my refund or adjustment on 5 separate occasions over the last month and no one from the management team will call me back. I am extremely unhappy. I assume the work they did was done correctly but of course, I won't know until the future if there are other problems. Their management team on the other hand is horrible. I am about ready to call my lawyer if they do not get back with me ASAP. Of course, they had no problem tracking me down and badgering me about getting the work done but now that I'm due a refund they are nowhere to be found.
