I was in the phone with gogo at 2 am trying to secure a next day bus and I was impressed because they came through! I was glad to have used their bus and would highly recommend it

I booked Gogo Charters to drive a bride, groom, and wedding party to their rehearsal dinner and back to the property they were staying on. The driver got lost and took 52 minutes to get to the destination when it should have only been a 19 minute drive. One of the riders on the bus tried to help and pull up GPS instructions on his phone to help her find the location and she refused his help and then drove around in circles before getting frustrated and stopping the bus. She then had all of passengers get off the bus on the side of the road and left them. They had to walk the final distance to their own rehearsal and arrived 25 minutes late. When I made a complaint to customer service, they offered me less than a 5% refund on what I paid for this service. This is completely unacceptable.

MAKE SURE TO READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING! Not guaranteed anything that you request when booking. You're liable for everything! I booked with GOGO for a bus trip to Savannah. My bus was scheduled for a designated pick up time of 7am, I received an email at 7:49am that my bus was on the way. I requested that my bus have certain basic amenities that the website said came standard, I made it a point to ask on numerous occasions if my bus had these amenities as I would have booked another company, none of the basic amenities were on this bus. I asked initially if my bus would have working outlets at every seat, I needed outlets because I had a DJ who needed an outlet and passengers who wanted to charge their phones, the rep assured me on more than one occasion that the bus had outlets at every other seat, there were no outlets. The Wifi did not work, the seats were cramped and the bus was very very very old, we're talking 1970's old. Of course since we left late, we arrived late in Savannah. I asked if I had to provide a hotel room for the driver and I was told no and when we finally left the bus driver asked me where his hotel room was located. After payment, the company kept threatening to cancel my trip if I did confirm my pick up location. You cannot book without a pick up location. At that time I had already confirmed the pick up location 3 times when the bus driver called at 11:12pm the night before my trip to confirm my pick up location because the company did not give him one. The bus driver had to stop to fuel the bus mid-trip because he did not do so prior to picking us up (his words) and he did not even contact me to tell me that he was late, I had to track him down. The company provided nothing that I asked for and wanted to give $300 back on a $3400 trip when nothing I asked for was provided. In there terms and conditions they basically take away any right that you have to do anything if you do not receive what you paid for. They cannot guarantee that the bus will be on time, whether it will have any of the amenities that they told you it would have, they cannot guarantee that you will receive one of the buses that is pictured on the website or that the bus will even have working components like the HVAC system and restroom. Then you book with them and another bus company starts calling you regarding the bus. Then after that a third party starts contacting you about the bus. This whole situation was ridiculous and could have been avoided if they would have just told me that they did not have what I needed in the first place. Their negligence is a reflection on my business, not there's. My passengers look at me and question why they didn't receive what they were promised on this bus, not them. They only received this one star because I had to put something in order to be able to write a review.

We called Gigi Charters to rent several buses from them for a production for a large client. We needed top of the line buses and flawless execution as the crew cost a lot of money. Gogo Charters came through with the best quote. They planned everything perfect and paid the most attention to detail on their quote. Gogo Charters is exceptional and I would highly recommend it.
