[ ] Some unprofessional, uncaring moron booked a hotel (Hampton Inn at 200 W. Main Street, Elmsford, NY), where the charter bus could not pull up to the hotel lobby door because the parking lot entrance had a sharp curve with a steep incline, which the driver couldn't do. This company seems CLUELESS about the needs of SENIOR CITIZENS. My mom is in great shape and had no issues whatsoever walking up the steep hill to get to the hotel, but if you have a loved one who is not in shape to walk a strenuous climb, I highly suggest you ask your tour planner about each of the hotel's parking lots.

[ ] I appreciate the charter bus driver getting my mom & the group safely back (thank you!), but why did you get lost in the one-way, residential streets of Bronx, NY (1960 Osborne Place, Bronx, NY 10453) twice, both on the outbound and return? All you had to do was remain on I-95, regardless of what google maps says.

Went to mackinac island last year an had the best bus driver he was really nice an informative driver always making sure we were all doing ok.

Diamond Tours arranged for our group of 53 to have a prepaid dinner at Chevy Fresh Mex in Arlington, VA. Our dinner, according to the itinerary, was supposed to be from 5:00pm to 6:30pm. The flatware and glassware were dirty, and a fellow traveler complained the restrooms were dirty. The manager advised us at 5:50pm that our dinner ends at 6 pm. She stated that Diamond Tours made an error. Some of our travelers ordered out of pocket off the menu and could not finish their meal. The rest of our tour was good, but Diamond Tours should do a better job at vetting the restaurants they use to provide their travelers meals.

This is the 2nd tour we've taken with company. (This one was to Nashville) Never again. IMHO Completely disorganized. Focus is on forcing travelers to shop...FIVE hours , (FIVE!) at a shopping mall! Another. 2.5 hours assigned to the Farmers' Market at least 1/3 of stalls closed. No tours scheduled for places like the state museum. Abbreviated time at the Country Music HOF
The back stage Grand Ole Opry was great.
The two dinners provided by the tour mediocre at best. Our previous Gulf Coast tour same Mediocre disorganized. Everything closed in the Gulf Coast towns we toured. Went to NOLA and again hours and hours at a mall. Never got to the French Quarter as the tour guide kept talking about crime.
Be smart choose another tour company.

All I can say is, that I won't say anything good about my tour to the Ark and Creation museum was good and I can't say anything bad so I won't say anything at all accept Diamond Tours need to do better. And if you or your company plan on using a tour service please, please do your research before just selecting the first tour service you see on the internet.

Just back from Branson tour. Shows were great. Food not do much. Buffets provided were not great. Bus driver was amazing!! I was sad we missed a few things on the itinerary. Already booked another trip to Niagara falls. !!

Excellent places we visited. Hotel was great! Bus driver went way above and beyond her call of duty!!!

Just returned from a nine day trip to Washington DC on diamond tours. I would do it again in a minute. Our driver was awesome. Always felt safe. Seen so many wonderful sights. Best vacation ever!
